MAIL IN REGISTRATION

1) Download and fill out the Registration Form.    

2) Send your $150 Registration Fee (Check or Money Order) along with your COMPLETED 
     Registration Form to:

3) Complete the On-Line Player Profile for the Scouting Services.     

IMPORTANT: Completing the Player Profile Form DOES NOT complete the Registration process.  
It is strickly for our Scouting Database. Once your application and funds are received, you will be notified that you have been accepted.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail or through the mail, upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and Registration Fee Payment.
